Secrets Of Happiness
Aug 1st, 2010 by BelajarNulis

Are you happy with yourself and with your life? I would lay odds that there are things that you would want to alter in both your life and you, yourself – I’ve rarely met anybody who is unconditionally happy. People frequently think that if they improve themselves, lose weight, buy a new car, go on a great holiday that, then, they will be happy. That kind of happiness, however, is superficial and passing. Real happiness must be lasting and not dependant on having this or doing that.

The one place where you will find happiness is within. Sadly, that is a foreign country to the vast majority of people[spin] because the normal person’s ‘within’ is [spin]hidden from them by what psychologists call ‘The Sentry’, a defence mechanism that we’ve all got which prevents others getting into our subconscious minds to brainwash us. The big problem is that this ‘Sentry’ keeps us out as well! And with good reason – or, at least, it would appear like a good idea until you venture a closer look at how we operate – our beliefs about how the world operates and ourselves are stored in our subconscious. You wouldn’t want to go messing with that stuff, would you? Or would you? Because most of us believe that we’re inadequate at least in some way, most of us are simply not 100% happy with who we are. That’s because our beliefs aren’t based on fact but on a build-up of what we call the conditioning or programming that we were subject to during what you might call your formative years. This programming or conditioning is the source of both your unease with yourself and, just as importantly, everything that you believe to be wrong in your life.

Our reality is created by our beliefs – it is our own personal beliefs that automatically dictate our behaviour, our actions, our reactions and our interactions with everyone else. It is through this process that we, ourselves, create our take on reality. What you’re thinking about, at the deepest subconscious level, literally creates your life. And it’s not real, it’s made up from what others did to us or for us during those formative years. So of course you want to go messing with your beliefs, because normal beliefs hold normal people back.

You’ve got to go beyond your beliefs. You’ve got to get to the inner real you, to find true happiness – that is where you will unearth a you that is unstained by the crap of normal conditioning, unspoilt by the deeply held beliefs that screw up our so-called normal lives – silly beliefs that keep us in our place – like we should know our place, like you have to work hard to be a success, like pleasure/pain principle, that all laughing comes to crying – fill in your own list.

Forget that nonsense. Indeed, forget about who you believed you were and discover who you really are – and the wonderful life that you can really have. Your mind’s obsessed with the normal crap – stop it. I teach my clients various forms of ‘mental calming measures’ – meditation if you will – you need to calm down, wake up and see the light. Only then you will find effortless happiness.

Depression Problem Solved
Jul 31st, 2010 by BelajarNulis

Although the effects of depression may be all too obvious in your life, depression is simply not real. If you’re suffering from depression, it’s just your imagination because depression is directly linked to your subconscious mind’s obsession with useless thoughts that you took on board during your formative years. It is normal for your subconscious mind to focus on the past – everyone’s does – it’s simply that the garbage that yours is paying attention to is evidently a little (or a lot) abnormal. Of course, that’s not your fault – your subconscious mind was programmed with those thoughts by others, people and events that made you feel worthless, guilty, dejected during those childhood years.

Whilst it’s normal for your subconscious to focus on out-dated deeply-rooted programs, this obsession doing you damage – you have the evidence of it in your daily life. Again, there’s no need to feel bad about this – everyone’s subconscious mind is doing them damage – you’re lucky that you have the advantage over other normal people in realizing that you have a problem.

But that problem is solely down to what your subconscious mind is thinking about. What you have to do is tear your mind away from those self-destructive thoughts and redirect your attention to the only time and place that’s real, the one time and place that you can fully live – the here and now. If you manage to turn your attention to the present moment you’ll experience something that you probably have never experienced before – depression is an illusion, there’s no such thing as fear or worry, there’s only a world full of possibilities and potential – and quantum physics confirms that that wonderful world will respond to your hopes and dreams.

Pills or medication won’t enable you experience the difference between reality and the illusion of stress – they may well make the pain vanish for a while but your subconscious mind will always slink back to the old, out-dated thoughts that are not real but just an imprint of a past long gone. The only way in which you will experience reality – one without depression – is to learn how to clear your mind. No sweat! Because, as a child, you had a completely clear mind – that’s how those bad feelings were impressed upon you way back then. All you have to do now is re-train yourself to pay attention to what your five senses are telling you, just right now – without adding your subconscious mind’s warped interpretation onto the facts.

I know that the best way to relearn how to focus your mind on to the reality of the present moment is meditation – preferably, for starters, guided meditation. It will take you a while to get used to it, it can be difficult, but a little commitment will produce the incredible benefit of your being able to live your life to the full.

Jul 24th, 2010 by BelajarNulis

Right now, you’re living brand new day – one that has never happened before, a day never to be repeated. And now is a new moment. And, in each new moment, you’ve got a choice. And on your choice depends your personal development. You choose the thoughts that you are paying attention to just at the present moment. Are they random thoughts? Are they negative thoughts? Are they related to what you’re doing at this moment in time? Perhaps they’re positive thoughts (better than negative thoughts but thoughts nevertheless). The thoughts you’re focused on are distracting you from doing. Stop wasting your energy, get rid of your thoughts, leaving room for the flights of fancy to rise to the top – for they are not thoughts, but inspiration and inspiration only visits the clear mind.

Personal Growth: Implementing The Law Of Attraction
Jul 23rd, 2010 by BelajarNulis

Much has been written and said about the so-called ‘Law of Attraction’. It has become a byword as a result of videos and bestsellers, like ‘The Secret’ and by mainstream TV personalities such as Larry King. However, most do not comprehend what the aforementioned ‘attraction’ actually means. Could it be that you can attract into your life the kind of good things that you crave? And, if so, how can you actually put the ‘Law of Attraction’ into action to change your life for the better?

Firstly, you need to realize is that the ‘Law of Attraction’ is working in your everyday life as you read these words. This may be a big surprise for you but what you need to understand is that the life you lead is a perfect mirror image of what is happening in your head. Sadly, most of what is going on in the normal person’s mind is doing them damage instead of good because, left to itself, the subconscious mind is both backward looking and negative, constantly ‘enabling’ you – and that’s obviously not the correct word – to repeat all the learned reactions that are, currently, creating your life. In other words, as a result of the normal mind being in turmoil, it follows that the normal life is also in turmoil.

It doesn’t matter if you know[spin] [spin]this or not, the ‘Law of Attraction’ is a given fact of life. I’m not convinced, from reading some of the reams of stuff – often misleading stuff – on the subject, that most people will have fully grasped the gravity of this situation. But say that you appreciate the situation. Let’s say that you already understand that, to quote ‘The Secret’, your thoughts become things – what’s going on in your mind ends up manifesting in your life. You may have grasped this fundamental concept intellectually – but intellectually understanding this concept and being able to put this ‘manifesting’ into practice is a totally different ballgame.

If you do not consciously take action each day to make certain that you’re in the appropriate state of mind, then it’s of no consequence how much you understand the way life works, you’re simply conning yourself into the wonderfully cosy misconception that the ‘Law of Attraction’ can change your life for the better.

To truly practice the so-called “Law of Attraction” you’re going to have to clear your mind. There’s little or no point in filling your mind with thoughts of things that you want – people don’t know what they truly want. Here’s an important piece of advice – fill your mind with the only place and time you are – the present moment. In doing so, you will coax your subconscious away from its obsession with all that’s negative. You will become extraordinarily focused – effective, efficient, inspired and inspirational. In this state of mind you will attract the very best in life, enabling you rise to heights that normal people couldn’t imagine.
